Kody Technologies 2025 Referral Program Terms & Conditions

Program Timeline: October 1, 2025 – December 31, 2025

Eligibility:

Only individuals who have previously made a purchase from Kody Technologies may participate as a "Referrer".
The Kody Technologies Referral Promotion ("Promotion") is open to residents of the United States or Canada aged 18 years or older.
Referrals must be made during the checkout process by entering the referrer’s name in the designated box (“Please let us know how you heard about our lights”). If the referral field is unavailable during checkout, the referred customer may email us within 48 hours of purchase to provide the referrer’s name.
Only first-time Kody Technologies customers making their initial purchase are eligible to be a Referred Customer.
Successful referrals are defined as Referred Customers who complete a valid purchase of a new Kody Light Set Up during the Promotion Period.

Reward Structure:

The winner will receive a $200 gift card to a bike or outdoor retailer chosen by the winning referrer, subject to retailer availability.
Each valid referral earns the referrer one entry into our $200 gift card raffle.
There is no limit to the number of referrals or raffle entries.
The winner will be chosen via a random drawing on January 9, 2026.
The gift card will be sent electronically to the winner's email or coordinated with the shop of choice.

Limitations & Exclusions:

Referrals of existing customers, incomplete checkouts, or entries without a valid referrer’s name will not be considered.
Kody Technologies employees and their immediate families are not eligible.
Only referrals made during the program period are eligible.

Anti-Fraud Statement:

Duplicate, fake, or fraudulent referrals will be reviewed and may be disqualified at Kody Technologies’ discretion.

Disclosure & Compliance:

Referrers must disclose the possibility of rewards if sharing publicly.
By participating, entrants agree to these terms and Kody Technologies’ general policies.
By participating, each referrer and referred customer agrees to abide by these Terms & Conditions and all decisions of Kody Technologies, which are final. Kody Technologies reserves the right to modify or terminate the program for any reason, at it's sole discretion. The company shall not be liable for any losses or damages connected to participation. All personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Recipients are solely responsible for taxes on rewards. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with the laws of California. Entrants agree to indemnify Kody Technologies regarding claims arising from their participation.
