Kody Lights for 1Up Bike Racks
Light kits built for 1Up racks — the Quik Rack, Heavy Duty, Xtreme Duty and Super Duty lines, plus the Equip-D. Brackets bolt to your rack's own hardware, no drilling no modifications. The Equip-D and Standard 1Up mounts are different and not interchangeable.

Which 1Up rack do you have?
1Up builds its racks by configuration rather than by model name, which makes this simpler than it looks. We make two lights: one for the standard 1Up trays, and one for the Equip-D.
The standard light covers the Quik Rack, Heavy Duty, Super Duty and Xtreme Duty. They differ in how much weight they carry, not in how the light mounts.
The Equip-D light is separate. If yours is an Equip-D, that's the one you want.

Need your plate seen too? The Bike Rack License Plate Holder – Pivoting is made for the 1Up Standard and the 1Up Equip-D. It works on its own, so you don’t need a Kody light with it.

Choosing your size
Our sizes describe the light fixture, not the rack.
Small — one 16" bar with sequential turn signals.
Medium — two 12" or 13" lights.
Large — two 16" lights.
For one or two bikes, Small is the clean choice and what most 1Up owners buy. Running three, or carrying e-bikes on a Heavy Duty or Super Duty, and the extra width and output of Medium or Large is worth having.
Two reasons to size up even on a two-bike setup. The Small bar shares its bulbs between the brake light and the turn signal, so braking overrides the signal — we suggest signalling before you brake. And reverse lights are only available on the double fixtures.

Driving a Tesla or a newer Ford?
Choose a Medium or a non-sequencing Large. Tesla and 2016-onward Ford electronics interfere with the sequential sweep, so a sequencing light won't animate properly on those vehicles. Everything still works, you just lose the animation. Here's what happens and the two ways to fix it.
