Light kits built for Hollywood hitch racks — the Sport Rider and Trail Rider lines, the RV Rider, and the Destination E. Brackets bolt to your rack's own hardware — no drilling and no modifications.

Which Hollywood rack do you have?
Hollywood makes more hitch racks than most brands, but for lighting purposes they fall into two groups.
The Hollywood light fits the Sport Rider family — the Sport Rider 2, Sport Rider SE2 and its recumbent version, the Sport Rider E-Bike in both hitch sizes — along with the RV Rider and the Trail Rider.
The Destination E light is separate. The Destination E is the low-loading e-bike rack with the built-in ramp, and it mounts differently enough to need its own bracket.
The model name is printed on the rack. If you're not certain, send us a photo and we'll tell you which one you need.

Need your plate seen too? The Bike Rack License Plate Holder – Pivoting is made for the Hollywood Sport Rider and RV Rider, and the Destination E-Bike. It works on its own, so you don’t need a Kody light with it.

Choosing your size
Our sizes describe the light fixture, not the rack.
Small — one 16" bar with sequential turn signals.
Medium — two 12" or 13" lights.
Large — two 16" lights.
For one or two ordinary bikes, Small is the clean choice. On an e-bike rack like the Sport Rider E-Bike, the RV Rider or the Destination E, the extra width and output of Medium or Large is worth having — those racks carry heavier, taller bikes that block more of your vehicle.
Two reasons to size up even on a two-bike rack. The Small bar shares its bulbs between the brake light and the turn signal, so braking overrides the signal — we suggest signalling before you brake. And reverse lights are only available on the double fixtures.
One thing worth knowing if you're running four bikes on a Sport Rider SE2: the two outer positions sit further back, so a wider light gives the driver behind you a clearer signal.

Driving a Tesla or a newer Ford?
Choose a Medium or a non-sequencing Large. Tesla and 2016-onward Ford electronics interfere with the sequential sweep, so a sequencing light won't animate properly on those vehicles. Everything still works, you just lose the animation. Here's what happens and the two ways to fix it.
