We've designed an extremely rugged rack light, and we're proud to provide a one-year warranty on any failure of the electronics or hardware. If you experience any issues with your light, please email us directly to discuss the issue and arrange a return and replacement.

Kody Technologies Return Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your rack light, please email us directly to let us know. We offer a 30-day, no-hassle return policy. Return the light assembly in like-new condition and we'll either ship you a replacement or refund the product cost. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and the original shipping charge isn't refunded. If your light arrives damaged or defective, we'll cover the return shipping.

All clearance sales are final and not available for return. Please contact us with any questions before making a clearance purchase.

Shipping Policy
We provide free ground shipping in the continental US on all purchases over $149. Orders under $149 ship for a flat $12. We ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada for flat rates of $15 to $45 depending on location. We subsidize the total shipping cost for areas not covered by free shipping. Orders ship within 1–2 business days from Davis, CA. Ground delivery takes 1–3 days on the West Coast and up to 6 days to the East Coast.
When your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with shipment tracking information.
We offer 1-Day and 2-Day shipping options and use UPS. UPS guarantees and insures 1-Day shipping but does not do so for 2-Day.
For international shipping, customs fees, broker fees and taxes are collected from the customer by the shipper before delivery. For Canada, we use FedEx International (3–5 days), UPS Worldwide (3–5 days) or USPS International (10–21 days). UPS and FedEx cost a little more but arrive in a fraction of the time.

Shipping Delays
Our goal is to get your order to you as quickly as possible. We normally ship the light within two business days of the order being placed. Shipping time is separate from and in addition to order processing time. Kody Technologies is not liable for carrier shipping delays, but we're here to help make sure the package arrives and can help communicate with the carriers if issues arise.
When your light ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with carrier and tracking information. Use it to see when the package will be delivered or whether there are any delays. Your order might be delayed by events in some areas, for example bad weather or natural disasters.

These lights are a critical safety device for the operation of your vehicle with a rack installed. Please install the rack light according to the installation instructions, and check hardware torque and light function regularly. If you have any questions or concerns, contact us.
