Kody Technologies Product Warranty
We've designed an extremely rugged rack light and we are proud to provide a one-year warranty on any failure on the electronics or hardware. If you experience any issues with your light, please email us directly to discuss the the issues and arrange for return and replacement.  

Kody Technologies Return Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with your rack light, please email us directly to let us know.  We offer a 30-day, no hassle return policy.  Return the light assembly in like-new condition and we'll either ship you a replacement or refund the product costs.

Clearance Sale Policy

All clearance sales are final and not available for return.  Please contact us with any questions prior to making a clearance purchase.

Shipping Policy

We provide free ground shipping in the continental US on all purchases over $149. We ship to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada for flat rates of $15 to $50 pending the specific location.  We do subsidize the total shipping cost for areas not covered by free shipping.  Ground shipping normally takes 2 to 6 days transit time, once shipped, pending your distance from the Sacramento CA area.

When your order ships you will receive an email confirmation with shipment tracking information.

We offer 1 Day and 2 Day shipping options and use UPS.  UPS guarantees and insures 1 Day options but does not do so for 2 Day.  

 

With international shipping, there are customs fees, broker fees and taxes that are collected from the customer by the shipper prior to delivery.  For Canada, we use either FedEx International (3-5 days), UPS Worldwide (3-5 days) or USPS International (10-21 days).  UPS and FedEx cost a little more but arrives in a fraction of the time.

Shipping Delays

Our goal is to get your order to you as quickly as possible.  We normally ship the light within two business days of the order being placed.  Shipping time is separate from and in addition to order processing time.  Kody Technologies is not liable for shipping delays with the carriers but we are here to support making sure the package arrives and can help communicate with the carriers should issues arise.

When your light ships you will receive a shipment confirmation email which will include carrier and tracking information.  Use the tracking information to know when the package will be delivered or if there are any delays.  Your order might be delayed because of events in some areas (for example; bad weather or natural disasters).

These lights are a critical safety device for the operation of your vehicle with a rack installed. Please be sure to install the rack light in accordance with the installation instructions, and verify hardware torque and light functionality on a regular basis.
