This is the license plate holder and license plate lights only.  It mounts to the end of your bike rack and pivots into position to be seen in both the down and bike loaded position as well as the rack stored position. 
 
This product does not include any brake, tail or turn signals or a mount to your bike rack.  
 
License plate light holders - adds an extra bracket to hold your plate light
No Plate Light:  No plate light or plate light bracket will be included.
With Plate Light: Low profile or short light holder, keeps the plate low lighting up your license plate.  
 
Bike Rack License Plate Light Option
Bike rack license plate lights are only needed if you are driving at night time or in inclemental weather.  It lights up your plate so it can be easily seen.   This light is powered with an SAE 2-Pin extension cable from the vehicles four pin trailer connection.  Please contact us if you have questions.  
 
Here are some things you want to know before purchasing this bike rack license plate holder. 
The license plate mounts to the plate holder using the top or bottom holes of your  license plate depending how you mount the holder. 
The license plate holder fits most decorative plate frames. 
On some racks, due to the height of the plate holder, the plate and light can interfere with the bicycle.  
The plate mounts using M6 screws (both thumb and phillips drive screws are provided).
