Kody lights are the brightest and most durable on the market providing peace of mind when using your rack.  
 
The rugged, highly visible Kody Technologies dual 16-inch LED Rack Lights creates eye-catching tail, brake, and turn signals. The light integrates cleanly on your rack and uses a standard 4-pin trailer or 7-blade connector for easy installation.
 
This light is specifically designed for the MotoTote Hitch Carriers. 
 
This light separates the brake, turn and tail lights into independant left and right hand light fixtures.  Each light fixture is 16" wide and provides bright, clear and visible signalling.  The lights are installed custom plastic brackets made from PTEG and clamped to the rack frame using black shrink tube covered stainless steel hose clamps.  
 
Cable Lengths
We provide three cable length options.  The cable lengths include Short  (5 feet), Long (9 feet) and Super Long (13 feet).   Each cable measures a bit longer than the foot length shown.  The Short cable will work in most applications.  Please see our FAQ page for information regarding how to select the right cable length for your rack set up.  
 
Vehicle Connections and Reverse Light
For this option, choose between a standard four pin and a standard seven blade connectors.  The four pin connection powers tail lights (including plate lights if added), turn signals and brake lights.   Upgrading to the seven blade option adds a heavier duty cable, the seven pin connector and licence plate light connector (we call it plate ready).  Choose the correct connection to eliminate the need for adapters and prepare for future upgrades.  Seven blade is required for reverse lights.   
 
Double 16" Light Options 
We offer four different 16" wide light options;
Our original sequencing light with red lens
Basic brake/turn/tail light, Red lens
Basic brake/turn/tail light, Clear lens with red LEDs
Basic brake/turn/tail light with Built in Reverse, Clear lens with red LEDs and white reverse lights.
Each light option is very bright and will help you be seen on the road.  Reverse light option requires a seven blade trailer connector.  
 
License Plate Holders
We have three plate holder options.  For more information on our plate options please check out our License Plate Holders and Plate Lights.  
No Plate Accessory: I just want my light and nothing to do with any license plate holders.
Plate Holder - No Light: Plate holder with no electrical connection or light.  This includes a bracket mounted to the main light where a licence plate can be mounted and plate mount hardware.
Plate Holder - With Light: Plate holder with plate light.  This includes the plate holder mentioned above as well as a second bracket to install the plate light, integrated cable wiring and the plate light.
